Dear Dessie F. Evans Families,

Welcome to another exciting year at Dessie F. Evans Elementary School! Since our opening in the Fall of 2019, we have proudly grown to serve over 1,000 students. Our school offers a rich variety of programs, including a Dual Language Program, a Developmental Pre-School, and both primary and intermediate WRAP programs.

As the principal of Dessie F. Evans, I am both honored and excited to work alongside our amazing students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. Together, we create an environment where every child can thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

At Dessie F. Evans, we believe that strong relationships are the foundation for a successful community. We recognize that when families and the wider community are actively involved, students are empowered to reach their full potential.

Your partnership is essential in helping us nurture the whole child, ensuring that every student is supported not only in their academic endeavors but also in their personal and social development.
